Fitter and Welder

Summary

Perform welding and fitting of vessels and piping in compliance with ASME B31.3 Piping Codes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Read and interpret fabrication drawings.
  • Perform MIG Welding.
  • Fit and weld parts according to specifications and drawings.
  • Maintain welding equipment and tools in good working condition.
  • Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Welder and Fitter.
  • Familiarity with ASME Code and B31.3 Piping.
  • 2+ years of experience in ASME Vessel Welding preferred.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings.
  • Must complete and pass an in-person weld test prior to hire.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various positions.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Comfortable working in an open climate and noisy environment.

Mechanical Assembly

Full - Time

Summary

Perform the assembly of both piping skids and skidded vessel packages.

Key Responsibilities

  • Read and interpret assembly drawings and P&ID drawings.
  • Assemble welded and threaded pipe spools accurately and efficiently.
  • Ensure assembled products meet specifications, including torque, thread engagement, dimensions, and overall requirements.
  • Operate hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment safely.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in assembly or manufacturing preferred.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Comfortable working in an open-climate and noisy environment.

Estimator

Full - Time

Summary

Responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for projects by analyzing RFQs , specifications, and other documentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and analyze project plans, specifications, and other documentation to prepare detailed cost estimates.
  • Collaborate with team members to gather necessary information.
  • Identify and quantify cost factors, including time, materials, and labor expenses.
  • Prepare and present estimates and quotes.
  • Maintain and update estimating records.
  • Assist in the preparation of bid proposals and negotiations.
  • Monitor and track project costs to ensure alignment with estimates.
  • Occasional travel to project sites may be required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Estimator in the construction or manufacturing industry.
  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and technical documents.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to sit for extended periods and work on a computer.
