Coalescer / Filter Separator

Coalescer and filter separators work to remove fine particles and impurities like dust, rust and lube oil from hydrocarbon streams.
Coalescer / Filter Separator: VesselPro’s coalescers or filter separators work to enhance the quality of oil and gas streams. The coalescer unit facilitates the merging of tiny liquid droplets as small as 0.3 microns, making them easier to separate, while the filter separator captures particles as low as 1 micron in diameter. These vessels effectively remove contaminants and impurities like dust, rust and lube oil with a 99.5% efficiency, ensuring that your end products meet stringent quality standards.

Indirect Heater

Indirect heaters increase the temperature of a hydrocarbon stream by submerging a coil in a heated glycol/water bath.

Horizontal Separator

These separators efficiently separate oil and gas through gravity-based density differences.

They operate by coalescing liquid particles and utilizing the difference in density between oil, gas, and water. Inside the separator, the mixture enters and is slowed down, allowing the gas to rise to the top and the liquid hydrocarbons to settle at the bottom. A fluid flow then enters a mist eliminator where the smaller liquid particles form and drop out of the gas. VesselPro designs each vessel to separate 99.5% of liquid particles 10 microns or greater from the natural gas stream. This process ensures the extraction of valuable hydrocarbons while reducing the risk of contamination.
