Summary

Perform welding and fitting of vessels and piping in compliance with ASME B31.3 Piping Codes.

Key Responsibilities

Read and interpret fabrication drawings.
Perform MIG Welding.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Welder and Fitter.

2+ years of experience in ASME Vessel Welding preferred.

Must complete and pass an in-person weld test prior to hire.
Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various positions.

Mechanical Assembly

Summary

Perform the assembly of both piping skids and skidded vessel packages.

Key Responsibilities

Read and interpret assembly drawings and P&ID drawings.
Assemble welded and threaded pipe spools accurately and efficiently.
Ensure assembled products meet specifications, including torque, thread engagement, dimensions, and overall requirements.
Operate hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment safely.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.

Qualifications

Previous experience in assembly or manufacturing preferred.

Estimator

Summary

Responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for projects by analyzing RFQs , specifications, and other documentation.

Key Responsibilities

Review and analyze project plans, specifications, and other documentation to prepare detailed cost estimates.
Collaborate with team members to gather necessary information.
Identify and quantify cost factors, including time, materials, and labor expenses.
Prepare and present estimates and quotes.
Maintain and update estimating records.
Assist in the preparation of bid proposals and negotiations.
Monitor and track project costs to ensure alignment with estimates.
Occasional travel to project sites may be required.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as an Estimator in the construction or manufacturing industry.
Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and technical documents.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

CDL Driver

Maintenance Welder

Full - Time

Summary

Fabricator repairs and modifies production machinery, factory equipment, and structural components within the shop, including hydraulic systems, conveyors, cranes, and vehicles.

Key Responsibilities

Equipment Maintenance: Troubleshoot, dismantle, and repair plant machinery. Perform repairs on welding machines, turning-roll, hand tools, power tools, grinders, and torches, shop machinery and when necessary, assist production with vessel fabrication.
Facility Upkeep: Maintain facility components, including building repairs.
Pre-shift Inspections: Conduct routine inspections of equipment to ensure safe operation.
Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA and company safety procedures, and maintaining a clean, orderly workspace.
Documentation: Maintain maintenance logs, document repairs, and update inventory for maintenance supplies.

Qualifications

Experience: Minimum 3+ years of experience in maintenance.
Skills: Proficiency minimizing equipment downtime.
Tools: Familiarity with welding machines hand tools, power tools, grinders, and torches.
Physical: Ability to lift up to 70 pounds, work overhead, climb ladders, and work in varied weather/temperature conditions.
